been vacant for many years and was operating as a temporary NCP car park.
Pathfinder bought the site in April 2000, and was granted consent for:
Ground floor commercial (1,829 square feet)
12 storey residential (52 flats)
34 basement parking spaces
Pathfinder sold the site to Strathallan (Maxwell Street) Limited in December
2001.
